Real estate profit investment
White House has followed for decades the evolution of the rental market for housing, commerce, and services. We know the best locations and the best and safest investments. We know the full structure of the real estate investment business: we analyse and verify risks according to each local context, but in all cases, we also want to know our client, first of all. Tourism and hotels
White House is the usual intermediator for interests in development, conversion, and requalification of the National Hotel Park, both in Portugal and in the Madeira and Azores islands. So far, we have assisted what may be the biggest and best investments in Portugal, regarding many hotel units that have been acquired and/or developed by national and international investors. We work with many investors, including players from the United States, Brazil, United Arab Emirates, Angola, China, and Russia.
